Resets a test or pre-review dispute case to the status New. In the production environment, you can reset a dispute any time before it is in Q - Doc Under Review. Resetting a dispute lets you submit a different response or cancel a rebuttal submitted in error.
Note: The Dispute Management API resource is not enabled by default. Contact Qualpay Support for permissions.
