Uses full card numbers and expiration dates to create and submit an Account Updater request. Returns a request_id value, which you can use to interact with the request.

You can use card numbers that have not been saved. This operation does not save card information to Customer Vault.

You may submit multiple Account Updater requests per day. It typically takes 3-4 business days to receive a response from the issuers on card updates.
