Email Application

https://api-test.qualpay.com/platform/application/{appId}/email

Emails an application to a new or existing owner. This request requires one of the following:

An owner object that includes a valid email, first_name, and last_name.
An owner_id that matches an existing owner listed in the application's 'ownership' field.

If both owner and owner_id are sent, the system uses owner.
